ClimateForce

Website redesign for ClimateForce, a climate tech organization navigating three distinct funder audiences. Engaged 2025.
Challenge

How can we communicate reforestation tech?

ClimateForce operates at the intersection of conservation, technology, and investment. They needed to communicate across funders, partners, and stakeholders simultaneously, but the existing site wasn't built to hold that complexity. Each audience needed a different entry point, a different story, and a different ask.

Process

Design and delivery

Mapped the three core audiences and what each one needed to understand and do. Explored multiple visual directions, a site architecture, and an overall website concept that could carry all three without losing clarity or credibility. ClimateForce has since evolved their site independently — carrying the audience-segmentation framework from this engagement into their next redesign.

strategic decisions

Audience-first design direction

Most website redesigns start with "what should it look like." This one started with "who actually needs to be convinced, and of what."

Knowing that 85% of ClimateForce's funding comes from organizations with varying priorities influenced what needed to be prominent, what language to use, and what visual tone would build trust with key decision-makers. For example, corporate partners evaluating ESG alignment need credibility signals before they'll engage with the mission - so partner logos and impact metrics lead, not the emotional story.
